We spent Memorial Day weekend at
CAMP OKIZU. It was our 5th time there. It is a camp for families affected by pediatric cancer. Our kids love it more than Disneyland. There is archery, fishing, ropes course, zip line, arts and crafts, hiking, canoeing, swimming, a lodge with never ending hot chocolate and games, dance night, campfire with s'mores and songs... Each year we meet amazing families with even more amazing children. This was an especially happy trip for us. K had an MRI last week and it came back clear. That makes her 5 years off of treatment!
Unfortunately it rained our first day at Camp...the kids braved fishing in the rain while I took the little ones for a nap at the cabin. The next day was beautiful.
