"That there's an RV"

Our friends were RVing the coast and made a last minute visit to our home.  It was fun to catch up even if it was only for less than a day.  Not so funny story....they had been RVing for 2 weeks and less than 60 miles from home the RV broke down and they had to take a taxi home.  Kinda funny, but not really. Love you Fifes.  Thanks for the visit!

Happy Birthday

E's 9th Birthday started with the Traditional Breakfast in Bed.  This time I made Overnight Waffles with Cinnamon Syrup.  The syrup is so good...Kendal even included it in a poem of favorite things in school this year!  For lunch we went to Costa Vida - gotta love Caffeine free Diet Coke, and Tritip for dinner

10th Birthday Party with Friends

Ash celebrated her 10th birthday with friends at Petroglyph.  The girls had a lots of fun picking out their ceramic piece and painting.  It was such a quiet party!  They were so into painting and made darling projects!

Ash picked out a puppy...surprise surprise.

Grandma helped K paint her Puppy box - again what a surprise.

Gifts ranged from dog themed items, clothes, and american girl doll accessories. 

Grandma made a darling Artist's Palette Cake with edible paintbrushes for the girls.

                   

Happy 10th Birthday!

The Graduate

K graduated from preschool last week. It was a patriotic program that also included the class singing a favorite preschool song of each child. Some were in Spanish and some were short and sweet. K's favorite was one they learned during letter H week..."Get along little horsie, get along to your home. Home is where the heart is, Home sweet home."
